Internet/in-app purchase issue – LEGO Batman: DC Super Heroes Review

We recently downloaded Lego DC batman. I am frustrated because when trying to buy gold bricks for my child to unlock certain characters it repeatedly says must connect to Internet despite having a good active internet connection....PLEASE FIX
