Dispute Process a Joke – EA SPORTS™ FIFA 16 Companion Review

I was diagnosed with cancer back in December of 2015 and got a PS4 and FIFA 16 for Christmas so I would have something to do during chemo. About March/April I sold $20 worth of FIFA coins on eBay (I didn't know this wasn't allowed at the time) to pay for some of my medical bills. I had already spent $10 on fifa points as well as buying the deluxe edition so my coins I sold I earned without cheating/farming the market etc. My listing was taken off eBay by EA and I messaged them telling them my account info and told them my situation and asked if there was any way I could sell coins. No response after multiple months... On June 3rd I get an email saying my account (was level 47) had been forever banned from all EA games for "Farming" not coin selling? I contacted EA and disputed my account ban multiple times with no response being given as to why my account was actually banned, so I'm not really even sure what I'm disputing. Overall the app was good, but now being banned as a result of (maybe?) trying to sell coins to pay for hospital bills is a bit of a joke. Especially since I told them what was going on. In my mind someone from EA is like haha he has cancer and told us his account info let's ban him for life and not tell him why. I will never buy another FIFA or battlefield game again. I'm selling my gaming system once I complete my treatments because it's very depressing losing an account you had been working on since FIFA 13. And then a company banning regular players instead of youtubers who openly encourage coin buying/selling misleading many people (like me) and receive no punishment. EA could still win me back over if they resolve this, but so far that seems impossible and they've said to not contact them again.
