One draw back – Merchant Review

This is a really fun little game. I've spent hours managing my settlements going about my day to day activities. However. The only draw back is I can't manage my settlements unless I am physically at their location. (Which is sometimes buggy if that location doesn't have wifi) This can be a huge pain when you're trying to have several land types in your yield. I'm actually not that worried about the corruption levels, just the expanding of my settlements. So I'm wondering how much of a stretch it would be to add a specialist that would fix this problem? It would be fine if you could load him down with supplies and send him off to build one thing at a time. I'd even be alright paying real money for it. Thanks for your time. ?
