Decent license plate game with some flaws – States And Plates Free, The License Plate Game Review

Downloaded this for a road trip, and for the most part, it's a good app, worth 5 stars in comparison to other free apps in this category. However, I'm subtracting one star for each of these issues: 1) FIX THE SOUND. The sound setting resets to "on" if you haven't used the app recently, with "recently" meaning within the past 15-20 minutes or so. 2) No DC?? They have their own plates, you know. Please also add the Canadian provinces.
