Very helpful? – Moodtrack Private Diary Review
I have been struggling with my mind racing and feeling a lot of constant anxiety. I use this app to track how I am feeling, along with what I was doing, what I was thinking, caffeine consumed etc.
I am beginning to see the trends that create anxiety for myself as well as actions I can take that help me control my own moods.
I am feeling much better and more in control of my own self created anxiety.
I hope this will help anyone else that is also struggling. ?
