Why are the reviews so bad? – Hair Color Review

This is the only hair color app that works. It's not amazing like some of the makeup apps that are out now, but it's the ONLY app out now that you can get even remotely natural looking results with. The others with 1000s of fake reviews you just color on top with unnatural looking colors and it looks absolutely horrible & nothing like the photos. I bought the upgrade, and it was money well spent. It appears to have been fixed since the earlier complaints. No problems with crashing. There are also now blue:pink/green etc if that's what you're looking for. Suggestions: change the opening image from the picture of the woman, add a lot more shades, and update the icon. Also, I'd be great if it would draw with your color of choice, since the color it draws with is yellow and this hard to see on blond hair.
