I want to like it but... – Stars Path Review

The graphics and art style look so pretty, and the music is very calming. However, the character moves a little too fast to work with, and sometimes falls off the paths even when he is clearly still on it?? Also, I got to an island where the path I was supposed to take led me to the side of of the island and when I tried to turn, the character walked off the cliff. Strange. Lastly, the fox scream when he falls off is a little too disturbing. I wanted this to be a relaxing gane to play before bed, but I guess not.
