Waste of Money – Cartoon Sketch Avatar HD - Draw Pencil Portrait Camera Photo Review

I purchased this app primarily for the cartoon feature. The fact that I'm not able to make any kinds of adjustments, especially for the intensity, it's hard to make out the photo.
