Most Comprehensive Offline Dictionary – French English Dictionary& Offline Translator Review

I have been looking for a very good dictionary but all the apps seem to only want to work if they sell advertising. This app truly works off line. While it can push advertising content when online connectivity is connected it doesn't hamper the ability to use it when there is no connectivity. I just went to France and connectivity is an issue when I'm there because I don't want to pay for the high cellular data. Also the dictionary is more robust than many of the others I have seen. It captures words that are either conjugated, plural, past participles, and basically many of the other word forms that many other dictionaries just can't seem to match up well. Another nice feature is that text to audio feature. Very useful to the new learner who just cannot have a native French speaker by their side 24/7. And most text to audio works while off line. I love the split level interface also so that when one word is being looked up and you need to look up a word the the definition itself the screen splits and gives you a quick peak at the 2nd word looked up with out loosing your view of the first word. Very nice feature. I would put this on the top list of any French dictionary apps and would definitely recommend that you pay money for this App. --Dan
