Waste of Time & Money – 2048 For Money Review

Where do I even begin? While I love the game and the concept of this app was intriguing, I should have followed my gut and just stayed away. It seems harmless enough but the organization and layout of the game is unclear and analog. When I earned back my original amount and decided to cash out, the trouble started. They asked for a photo of my ID which was fishy. Then said the refund would be issued but lo and behold more than 2 months later.... nothing. During which I reached back out to them 2-3 times. Staff seemed helpful enough and while they said it was processing and whatnot, I highly doubt it. Frustrating that the only way to get in touch is email and not by phone. Hard to tell if I've ever been talking to a real person thus far. Long story short, ill-designed app where you will NOT be getting your money back.
