Won't install – Creative Minecraft PE Edition - Download Best Maps for Minecraft Pocket Edition Review

I just wanted to play on a fun map with my friends and I tried to install this app but it won't install. It just keeps loading and loading. It won't even let me stop the download or delete it. It's a waste of time.
