Um, Unboxing? – Plush Hospital Teddy Bear Game Review

Excuse me, when you finish the bear and its in a box I pressed the menu box and it said keep playing with this plush with a pic of the bear OUT of the box. I mean, can we get them out? I've kept pressing the bear and his/her ears popped out of the box. I was just wondering, bugs or unboxing?
