Won't let me buy full version. – Mucho Party Review

I love this game. I've been waiting for a long time to purchase the full version. I went to buy it last night, and when I clicked the unlock button, it said "Error try again later" so I went back tontine home screen and tried again. It went to a loading screen. It loaded for forty five minutes. I tried again. Same thing. I shut down my iPad. Turned it back on, tried again. Same thing. Deleted the app. Redownloaded it. Tried again. Same thing. Turned off my wifi than turned it back on. Same thing. WHY CANT I BUY THE UPGRADE!?!?!?!?
