New update crashes after password entry – Gratitude Journal ~ the original! Review

Love the app, have been using it for months. The new update however seems to crash the app as soon as I input my passcode. When I double click to flip through my open apps I see it open but when try to flip to the app it asks me for the passcode again and then crashes all over again.
