Won't launch – DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE Review

I love this game but I was forced to download the update this morning, and this update is during the World Tournament no less, and now the game won't launch after updating. Did anyone test it before releasing? This seems to be a common occurrence nowadays with games. What happened to QA/QC? How about a detailed description about what bugs were fixed too. You say you fixed bugs but the game is just one giant bug now because it won't launch! I play this on an iPad Air just so you know.
