Really good game but it won't let me login – DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE Review

I really love this game but it won't let me log in and I really want to play it and it keeps saying there is a connection error please check your connection, while all my apps are working perfectly fine, why is this happening?!?!? ????
