Please Read ALL OF IT ??? – Cartoon Camera Free - univision Sketch Effects In Cam Photo Review

This app is cool and easy. All you do is take a photo or choose one from your camera roll and then add filters to it and then SAVE IT! ?? It's easy and simple! My only complaint is that some of the filters you need to rate 5 stars for the app or download other apps. I don't want to download one of the apps and I can't anyway because I have iOS 7 so..... That's a shame because one of the filters looks cool, and I can't even use it. ?????????⬜️??
