Does not work properly. Ever. – Spotify - Music and Podcasts Review

I have had this app for a year and a half since I got my brand new iPhone 5. I was thrilled to be able to use the same Spotify service that I enjoyed so much on my laptop. Instead, I got an app that crashes on login, crashes when I try to reset my password, crashes when I ask it to play music, and crashes when it tries to load ads. It's so bad I've been turned off using it on my laptop too. I spend more than half my time with Spotify fuming as it crashes and I try to fix it. Seriously, get it together.
