Can't play – Dream Fish HD Review

The quests are basically rigged, that you can't get a higher rank unless you spend money, and the new dolphin one is about the same 3 out of 4 jumped out of the bowl, it was nice to see after the second one jumped out you gave something, but it's still a pain to try to do when you know you can't compete with those with income they can throw away for a game. Now since my game is on my old iPad all my fish and progress are on that one and it won't let me transfer. Sadly my old iPad won't even load the game so I can't play on that.edit1: I can't play the new game on my new iPad either Edit2: new update still can not play. Can't restore my game. Fix this!
