Bug problem? – VineGrab - the best way to view vines for Vine Review

I got the unlimited coins pack and spent 10 dollars and it worked fine for a year but then I had to delete the app so when I re-downloaded it, I saved about 5 vines so then it said " get more coins " so I clicked the " restore purchases " and it says it restored it but it still doesn't work, so I highly recommend not getting this app
