Not actually a course in Vietnamese. – Learn Vietnamese Words & Vocabulary Free Review

This app appears to be for learning Vietnamese, right? The large Vietnamese flag, the fact that is says it teaches Vietnamese, etc. However, when I open the app and try to select my native language (English), it tells me, "This app is to learn English for non-native speakers. You have to choose a language different from English." I chose German, and lo and behold, it started teaching me English (in German). Is this some kind of bug? Did they accidentally put the "learn English" app inside the one that says "learn Vietnamese"? I'll happily write a positive review, if it gets fixed.
