Curt281 – WeatherBug – Weather Forecast Review

Not sure what's up. I paid for a Weatherbug app that did not have ads. Then, it became increasingly difficult to get the radar to load and for the radar animation to load and play, so I deleted it and tried to reload the app, but it was nowhere to be found in the App Store. So now I've loaded the one here with the annoying ads. What's up with that?
