The timer I've been searching for! – GymNext Flex Timer Review

There are a ton of timer apps but this one the best. Offers all the flexibility for various types of needs. I use it for CrossFit, mobility, rehab and for "chore games" with my kids. The wall timer you can control is an awesome addition to a garage gym. Haven't tried the HR feature so no comment there.
