Great Service Still Difficult to Navigate – OpenTable Review

Open Table remains a great service whether in your home town or on the road. However it remains difficult to navigate. The UI seems to change from time to time. I'm not sure whether to use the map to see what restaurant is closer to me or the distance filter. At times the map doesn't seem to work. Now and again I can't even open the map. Frustrating. Also why not include restaurants that don't participate in the system? You may have to call them directly and Open Table may not make the commission but it would make the experience complete. Despite the UI issues it is the go to app on dinning.
