Random Notification.... Still love Twitter – X Review

I love this app soooo much!!! it's the first thing I check in the morning & last thing before bed!! I'll be closing out the app & a red 1 pops up so I go to check & see if I had a notification.... I never do & it just stays there. I tried re-downloading the app & worked for 2 minutes & then popped up again. Please fix this!!!!!
