It's AMAZING! But I Have a minor problem – Video Star Review

I LOVE this app. I use it for everything. And I make edits with this app all the time! But lately the app has been giving me troubles like taking a long time to split scenes. But the main problem is that I can't hear the music when I'm in Multi Layer. I've looked at all my settings but it just won't work. I can't really make edits anymore because I can't hear the music. Please help.
