The company needs to get it's act together – Real Racing 3 Review

I have been playing this game for a couple of years. I had been enjoying the game enough to pay for gold to use in the game. I had it on my iPhone and IPad as two different versions because when one version was not able to be played I wanted to have another. This seems to be a bad mistake. Somehow, the two different versions got crossed up to where all the progress I made on one was lost. My iPad made a certain amount of progress not on my phone. Somehow that progress was taken away and matched up with my iPhone progress. Then when I spoke to support about it, they claimed to send me gold as compensation for the error. THEY DID NOT FIX THE ERROR NO MATTER HOW MUCH I BROUGHT IT UP. I did not receive said compensation. Then, I purchased gold for my iPhone, used some (less than half), went to bed one night, woke up and found a good amount of my gold was gone. I spoke to support about this and not once was this purchase and missing gold mentioned. Finally, I get an email telling me that I DID redeem the compensation they sent me. I questioned this but did not receive a good answer. I still don't know what happened to my goal that I purchased. My suggestion to you is twofold: 1) until they get their system worked out, don't purchase gold or additional items from them. 2) when you do, watch your purchase carefully. They are not good at making sure they protect your interest.
