Don't be leery of taking your time! – Clash of Clans Review

I've had a blast with this game so far. There are about a trillion ways to improve your camp and your strategies on both attack and defense. I have been playing for over a year and am now level 10 town hall. Progress is very doable in this game without having to pay a cent at all. To anyone new that is considering this game: patience is key! It seems all fine and dandy on those first few levels until it hits you with that 1 day to upgrade situation. I suggest getting used to waiting, for waiting is the only way you'll get your camp up to par with the bigger leagues that lead you to bigger wins. Don't grow weary! Upgrade all of your resource pumps and storages first, then tackle whatever else you please. Just my thoughts. Have fun!!
