Frustration – CSI: Slots Review

I've had fun with this game, however nothing seems to load for me anymore. I've contacted their support team, and they tell me to make sure no other apps are open, delete the app, reinstall the app, restart my phone, and log in w the same name I've used before...I've done this now 15 times, and it still doesn't work. Doesn't let me play ANYTHING anymore. Not just the story mode but any of the games at all. Super frustrating...nobody can give me an answer other than troubleshooting that I listed above.
