Points – WordCross! Review

I'm not receiving points for games completed and I don't know why. This has been happening for a while and there have been times where I haven't gotten the daily puzzle. Why is this happening? Can someone fix this? I deleted the app I had and downloaded a new one which made me start at the beginning again now I'm not getting the daily puzzle. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
