store is blocked! iphone 4s ios 7.1.2 – VSCO: AI Photo & Video Editor Review

i can get an access to the store on my 4s ios 7.1.2! it asking me to update to the latest version but vsco logo on appstore is grey and i can't update, only open an app! please fix it because i can't buy iphone 6 for your app)) dont want to loose all spent money on filters
