Stopped working – Three Disks Review

Was enjoying it until it essentially stopped working. After completing levels successfully, nothing happens and I have to quit the app as reopen to access the menu again, and the stars are not recorded so I am just stuck in this unrecorded, dysfunctional section of levels.
