What I don't like about this game – ER Surgery Simulator - Emergency Doctor Review

The game itself has to many ads, the first time I played it, I got confused about which shot I should use and I picked one and it had a ad. When I was done with the first mission, at the end of course a ad had to show up and that's all I have to say, there were to many ads.
