nice app but lost data; poor customer support – Hello Vino: Wine Assistant Review

I did think this was a pretty good app for keeping a record of wines I've tried. For each wine I could easily record my personal rating, a photo of the label, and cost; and sort by name or preference. I had a fairly extensive list; unfortunately, somehow when updating my phone, I lost all that info. My account is still there as before, but all data is missing. I have tried contacting Hello Vino via their support email multiple times, with no response. There is no phone support option. I suspect this app is not actually being supported any more. I've decided to use another tool as I start from scratch again...
