Doesn't work!! For over two years?? – Slow Down Music Trainer Review

Though my guitar teacher recommended this, I was hesitant--over half of users report that it doesn't work, and have been reporting this for OVER TWO YEARS. I downloaded it anyway (hoping I would be in the lucky half!), but indeed it does not work. It reports that songs are not on my device, though I specifically downloaded them (vs. using cloud versions). This really needs to be fixed -- $4 for nothing? Very disappointing.
