Idea is great, but doesn't work – Phone tracker Chirp GPS app Review

I have been using a different tracking app that didn't have all of the features of chirp. I was excited when I found this and immediately upgraded to the premium version. On the first day of trying it I find it doesn't work. Doesn't bring up the map where I'm located and doesn't track the people on my list in real time. Very bad delay and is not tracking their speed. I'm going to stick with the app I already have.
