Finally! Customer Service – Totspot: Buy & Sell Clothes Review

I loved Totspot. It was quick to list, easy to share, easy to print your labels. Until I ran into a problem when the funds didn't clear from two of my listings. On other selling apps that happens and you email customer service and they resolve it for you. Well- I emailed..4 times over the span of 7 months...oh no that's not a typo..7 months. With exactly 0 response. Which deterred me from listing anything high end, expensive or an excessive amount of items. But tonight that's all changed :) I decided to try again and I'm so glad I did. I got a response within the hour and my funds have been released. I'll be listing lots more without worry on Totspot now.
