Huge waste of time – Totspot: Buy & Sell Clothes Review

I was very excited to try this app I am always buying high quality kids clothes some are only worn once and some had tags. Anyhow I tried their concierge service they shipped me a bag I put in 4 dresses 2 Hanna Anderson dresses and two boutique dresses bought off Zulilly one still had tags . There was also a 3 month size Gymboree boy outfit worn once. They mailed me a bag and I filled it and sent it in in March . I received confirmation on March 28 that my bag was received then no updates. I contacted their customer service and they told me it could take a while but it is now over a month .It is now may 4 in my opinion they have stolen my clothes . I paid the 9.99 as well in case they didn't want my clothes they would send them back. I did not receive anything more I am very disappointed with the whole thing I strongly do not recommend this app
