Used to love it – NHL SuperCard Review

I used to love this game but customer service has knocked my rating down a few stars. I've emailed several times in the last month plus to resolve a missing card issue and I have yet to have resolution (one email response that asked me to explain my issue yet again). Furthermore, as you advance in ratings you would think that the ratings of the cards you get via the draft board would be of higher ratings too. But that is not the case! I am at Star rating and most of time I refresh the draft with a lowly rare rated card. I'm frustrated in every way, and I'm not willing to spend more money in order to remain competitive. Boos to this game.
