Cool – Gifstory - GIF Camera, Editor and Converter of Photo, Live Photo, and Video to GIF Review

This is such a cool app. I enjoy the simplicity of it. The only downside is that it has trouble focusing the camera properly. If it wasn't for this, I would give it 5 stars.
