Not working – PSA Mobile Time Review

I had a version of this a couple of years ago that worked fairly well. However, when I try to use the current version, it takes to the native Salesforce site which is extremely hard to navigate. I cannot add daily time card notes at all. I am now also getting a bootstrap error when I try to use it. What happened to this release? I sign in using a custom domain. It is UNUSABLE in its current state.
