No possibility to backlog information – WebMD Pregnancy Review

This app has many great features, but none of them allow you to backlog information. You can ONLY edit today in the symptom tracker (I forgot yesterday so I guess now it'll look like I had no nausea...), and you can't even enter the dates of past appointments.
