Buddle purchase and this game doesn't work – Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home Review

My daughter loves Daniel tigers neighborhood and has every game and toy! We contribute a lot of money and time watching pbs. I paid for this game and it just sits on the screen always saying waiting. I am very disappointed. Can someone please help me so my daughter can play?
