Decent concept but it needs major improvement – Operator Review

So I really like the concept and the operators that search things for you are pretty attentive to your needs and patient. My problem with this app is the fact that the products are not well described like the dimensions (of a home good item for instance) or let's you see different pictures of the products (at least the ones I was asking for). This resulting in me ordering a really expensive album for Mother's Day that was a lot smaller than expected and not what the picture had really described.
