Themes – TextCutie - Texting with Photo Caption & Add Font,Sticker,Emoji on Background Pic Review

I recently got new phone and downloaded the textcutie app and for the themes it has restore but when u hit it it wants me to upgrade well I had all the theme free why I gotta pay and does anyone know how to fix this
