Welcome to the past – Sid Meier's Starships Review

I played some of Sid's earliest games and enjoyed them. When was that? 1991? This game hasn't evolved much beyond those early games in terms of game play, design, or complexity. OK value at $2.00 but a rip off at $9.99.
