Terrible – Photo Blendly - The FREE Image Blender App to get double exposure by combine two photos into one using frame filter modes Review

The app wouldn't let me fix how big the top picture would be, which is very frustrating. It wouldn't let me move the picture or make it to where the whole picture would fit.
