I'm so confused with logging in! (And more) – Disney Infinity: Toy Box 2.0 Review

Every time I log in with the RIGHT ACCOUNT I always get this: your password is wrong. IDK why this is messing up :( can u pls help.. ALSO I CANT EVEN LOOK UP MY SISTERS NAME AND FRIEND HER IT DOESNT EVEN LET ME!.... ;-; plssssssssssss fix this
