App won't open after title screen – Ready Jet Go! Space Explorer Review

Downloaded this morning for my kid, won't open past title screen. Keeps shutting off. Deleted and reinstalled and no different. I know it's free but still mad because deleted a lot of other stuff so this will fit. Using iPad mini, have always bought tons of other apps, only 1 other app (Ever After High) ever had any such issues. Please fix, looks good.
