Wx Center App. (NOAA) – NOAA Weather Center Review

App was expensive and very unstable. As if 4/7/16 (after IOS update 9.3.1) Wx Center does not run! It loads and displays for a seconds and crashes back to the OS! Garbage app and total waste of money. They better fix it asap, I highly DO NOT recommend this application. If it's fixed and it runs reliability it is a good app. So I may update this review if they do their job and fix it!!!!!
